CTSVENTURES LTD Group is a company incorporated in the United Kingdom, according to the laws of England and Wales. It started as an offshoot of CitySalt Ltd Nigeria, after years of experience covering a wide range of fields.
CTSVENTURES LTD Group, in its role as a manufacturer, adopted its own brand name ‘BINO’, for all its products.
A name synonymous with quality and taste.
We work in conjunction with leading world manufacturers who share and hold dearly the same values and standards we do in the production of consumer goods.
CTSVENTURES LTD Group United Kingdom, the withholding company of CitySalt Ltd, Nigeria and CTS Energy MK Ltd, a group whose foundation, vision, mission and inspiration is PURELY DIVINE dates back to 1986. This visitation and vision was reinforced again in December 1988.
CitySalt Ltd, Nigeria, a commodity and trading company was incorporated in 1997 according to the Laws of the Federal Government of Nigeria. CitySalt Ltd started off in humble beginnings after years of experience of working in a wide range of fields.
It distributed and supplied foods and raw materials to fast food outlets, hotels and institutions.
In the United Kingdom, CTSVENTURES LTD was born, though after initial hiccups, as a withholding company of CitySalt Ltd and CTS ENERGYMK LTD , with a foray, not only in Food manufacturing but Energy and Machineries etc.
As s a food manufacturer we develop our recipes, tailored to meet local needs, family traditional values and healthy nutrition.
CTSVENTURES LTD Group adopted its own brand name “BENO EUROPE AND BINO AFRICA ” for all her products. A name synonymous with quality and taste.
We are dedicated to providing quality food products and service with emphasis on affordable prices, family traditional values and nutrition thereby encouraging healthy eating.

CTSVENTURES LTD Group, England through its subsidiary CitySalt Ltd, Nigeria, came on board with a different approach called ‘Corporate Agege’ community integrated project aimed at giving facelift and changing the already stereotype “AGEGE BREAD” A Community health project to reduce the impact of COVID 19 through distribution of umbrella and tables to bread hawkers known as Agege bread sellers.
The aim is to concentrate the bread hawkers to a location thereby reducing community related diseases and enhancing the positive impact of social distancing practice.
Additionally, financial support is provided to non-state childcare homes. For decades now, sellers of Agege’ Bread are known to already hawk their bread from one place to another with no definite point of call.
At times they move alongside hawkers of Beans popularly known as ‘Ewa Agonyin’ and Bean Cake sellers, CTSVENTURES LTD brought about another approach to the marketing techniques of bread sellers, getting them an umbrella and a table And Chairs already customized with BINO Mayonnaise logo and name encrusted on it to display their wares.
Social Distancing is not only promoted but spread of community related diseases is reduced to the barest minimum.
To promote healthy eating and ‘GMO free foods’ they are encouraged to sell BINO Mayonnaise alongside their bread.
Environmental Interests:
CTSVENTURES LTD Group is to invest in choices that favour environmental sustainability. Materials
that can be recycled are to be so. By-products, if possible, are to be recycled or provided to third
parties which can use them in an environmentally friendly way.
With the economic situation of Nigeria in which prices of commodities have skyrocketed, BINO
Mayonnaise have made it’s product affordable for all classes, either the poor, middle and rich class,
without compromising its quality that is in tandem with the world’s value and credibility.
